Whether you’re new to supplementing or looking to refine your skills, our individualized sessions provide in-depth knowledge and practical strategies to maximize your claims.
Symbility Courses – Introductory Symbility Course: Learn the basics of Symbility, from navigating the platform to creating your first estimate. This course is ideal for those new to the software.
Basic Supplementing Service: We handle the entire supplementing process for you, ensuring that all eligible items are included in your insurance claim. Our basic service covers standard claims and provides you with peace of mind.
We have the ability to write claims in both Xactimate® and Symbility. Once we write up a claim, we follow up with adjusters to get higher approval rates on the insurance claim. If you have had a claim denied, we will work hard to get the denial overturned for you.
We also offer 1 on 1 and group coaching to help you with your supplemental needs.

Sarah Burnap
Originally from Georgia and now based in Washington, D.C., Sarah Burnap is a proud mother to a 7-year-old daughter and a dedicated advocate for veterans. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, bringing a unique perspective to her work and passion for helping others.
Sarah has competed in Ms. Veteran America and has worked with multiple nonprofits to support the veteran community. Her career journey includes experience in real estate before transitioning to a leadership role as an office manager for a roofing company. Most recently, she launched her own supplement business, combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her commitment to making a difference.
Driven, resourceful, and mission-oriented, Sarah is passionate about empowering others and creating opportunities for success in every aspect of her work and life.
Samantha Bush
Samantha has been in the insurance industry since 2012 starting in restoration. She has worked as an XM8 writer and supplementer for multiple restoration contractors over the years assisting in small and large claims. She decided to get into the roofing side of the industry in 2022. She enjoys ensuring that the claims process runs smoothly for the contractor and homeowner. She has over 10 years of experience in running a small successful business on the side so staying organized and in the know is very important to her. She spends her extra time with family and friends. Originally from Indiana she is a huge sports fan.
Cory King
Cory started his career in construction at the age of 14 working for his father doing home builds and remodels. He then became the branch manager for a national interior supply house. One of his customers hired him as a large loss project manager and that was his introduction to the restoration industry. He became the Senior Large Loss Project Manager and held that role for 8 years before transitioning into a full time estimating role. Cory received his Xactimate Certified Trainer Certification in 2022 and has been teaching ever since. He provides training for those looking to learn how to estimate as well as providing roofing and restoration contractors with professional estimating services.
